Vice President, Finance & Accounting

A privately held Las Vegas casino and hospitality operator is retaining Integrity Partners to appoint a Vice President of Finance and Accounting to lead the full finance function.

The mandate

• Own accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Partner with ownership on capital allocation and expansion economics.
• Lead treasury, audit, tax and gaming regulatory reporting.
• Build and develop the accounting team.

What the search requires

• Senior finance leadership in casino, hospitality or multi-unit operations.
• Command of gaming regulatory reporting and internal controls.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• Nevada gaming suitability, or the ability to be found suitable.
