The mandate

• Lead design and delivery on significant software components.
• Mentor engineers and raise the standard of the codebase.
• Own technical decisions end to end, from architecture through production.

What the search requires

• Senior or lead software engineering experience.
• Depth in modern application and service development.
• On-site in Plano — this role is not remote.
• US citizenship or Green Card required; background and drug screen apply.
