General Manager — Nevada Resort Property

A Nevada resort property in the Las Vegas metropolitan area is retaining Integrity Partners to appoint a General Manager with full P&L ownership of gaming, lodging, food and beverage.

The mandate

• Own the property P&L across casino, hotel, food and beverage and events.
• Lead the executive team and set the service standard for a destination resort.
• Drive capital planning, seasonal demand strategy and margin performance.
• Represent the property with regulators, the community and ownership.

What the search requires

• Prior General Manager or AGM experience at a gaming property.
• Resort operations depth beyond the casino floor — rooms, F&B, events.
• Nevada gaming suitability, or the ability to be found suitable.
