A Las Vegas Strip resort is retaining Integrity Partners to appoint a General Manager with full property P&L ownership.

The mandate

• Own the property P&L across casino, hotel, food and beverage and entertainment.
• Lead the executive team and set the operating standard.
• Drive capital planning and margin performance on the Strip.
• Represent the property with regulators and ownership.

What the search requires

• General Manager or AGM experience at a Strip or comparable property.
• Full resort operations depth, not casino alone.
• Nevada gaming suitability, or the ability to be found suitable.
