Capital Projects Manager

A Las Vegas casino and hospitality property is retaining Integrity Partners to appoint a Capital Projects Manager spanning construction delivery and the finance behind it.

The mandate

• Own capital projects end to end — scope, procurement, delivery and close-out.
• Manage trades from drywall through finishes on live-property renovations.
• Own the capital budget, purchase orders and vendor contracts.
• Reconcile project spend and report against forecast.

What the search requires

• Construction project management on hospitality or casino properties.
• Hands-on trade knowledge from drywall through to procurement.
• Genuine finance literacy — budgets, POs, vendor terms and reconciliation.
• Experience renovating around an operating property.
